I sit here broken
And all alone
I’ve stumbled on the path
To your heart
Now I’m on my own

All my dreams
Have turned to dust
My soul is lost
And not even myself
Can I trust

In a vision I saw your hands
Locked with mine
Now all I see is darkness
And the dripping of my blood
Dark as wine

Like a snake it suffocates me
This loneliness of mine
This fate of mine
It brings tears to my eyes
Now where shall I go?
Who do I run to?
I’ve lost my hope
As I hope for my demise

I lie here alone
Finally at peace
I’ve been taken by death
